Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card to try it?
No. You get 30 days with everything in Starter without entering a card. You add a card only when you choose a plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
You cannot publish new passport versions until you have chosen a plan. Published passports stay online as before, and you can still read, edit and export everything.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing is deleted. You can switch between Starter and Pro at any time.
What about VAT and currency?
Prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and exclude VAT. Origo DPP is sold to businesses only. Norwegian businesses pay Norwegian VAT on top. Businesses in other countries are invoiced without Norwegian VAT (reverse charge) and account for VAT themselves, which is why we ask for your VAT number when you sign up. Your card issuer converts the amount to your own currency.
Who owns the data?
You do. The export gives you the entire dataset in a documented format, without our help, on every plan and also after cancellation.
How do we pay?
By card through Stripe. We never see the card number. The invoice and receipt arrive by email every month. If you need to pay by invoice under a contract, choose Enterprise.
